Placing an Order

To make a purchase on the YH Healthcare website (www.egi.org.in), follow these simple steps:

  1. Browse the SHOP link to select your desired health oils.
  2. Enter the quantity and click on “Order.”
  3. Click on “Continue Shopping” if you wish to add more items.
  4. When your order is ready, click on the “Checkout” link.
  5. Provide shipping and payment information.

Upon successful payment confirmation from the gateway, your order will be processed and shipped following our Shipping Policy.

Out-of-Stock Items

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by out-of-stock items. YH Healthcare does not backorder; items unavailable are clearly marked as “Out of Stock.”

a) Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product considerations. Charges are provided at checkout, and consumers will be informed before making payments.

Delivery Schedule:

COD (Cash on Delivery) is available, and deliveries occur between 10 am – 7 pm, Monday – Saturday. Please note that delivery times are approximate and depend on third-party logistics. YH Healthcare is not liable for delays due to circumstances like strikes or national calamities.

Goods must be signed for upon delivery, and this serves as confirmation. If you can’t sign, please provide an alternative person. YH Healthcare is not responsible for goods signed by an alternative person. Report any shortages or damages within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with attached pictures.

b) Returns

While we intend to satisfy customers, we’ll issue a full refund for incorrectly dispatched or damaged items. Contact us by phone or email to initiate the return process.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Report damaged item within 3 days of delivery.
  • Return full-priced merchandise within 7 days for exchange or refund.
  • No cash refunds; the amount will be credited to your bank account within 2 weeks.
  • Returns must be processed within one to three weeks.
  • Exchanges or refunds are not offered on discounted or used products.

c) Cancellation

You can cancel an order without incurring charges if the product hasn’t shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. Products usually ship within 24 hours after placing the order.
